In some circumstances, we may be unable to obtain the documents you have requested due to circumstances beyond our control. For example, if the property has not been registered, the documents may not exist. However, in order to ascertain this, we need to carry out work and possibly incur certain non-refundable charges. If this happens, we will charge you a flat rate of £10 and refund any balance of your payment. This covers our administrative costs.
