FAQ's

What document would I need to find who owns a property?

If you’re looking to establish who owns a property and most home details, then a Title Register is the correct document.

How do I find where my boundaries are?

A Title plan is the document for establishing boundaries. This also details any associated land with the property (e.g. a parking space)

How do I find out who owns a property with no official address?

Our Land search package is the perfect pack for you. You will have to contact one of our specialist advisors who would be more than happy to go into this with you and complete the search whilst we have you on the line!

My neighbour is advising I have responsibility for the maintenance of our boundary/s. How do I find if this is correct?

We have a document called a Conveyance Deed which is very similar to a Title Plan but a conveyance is a more in depth document.

This would display boundary responsibility with ‘T’ markings. If the ‘T’ is on your side of the boundary, then its your responsibility.

If the ‘T’ is on your neighbours side then it would be there responsibility. If a ‘T’ is displayed on both sides, then this would be a joint responsibility.
