What document would I need to find who owns a property?

If you’re looking to establish who owns a property and most home details, then a Title Register is the correct document.

How do I find where my boundaries are?

A Title plan is the document for establishing boundaries. This also details any associated land with the property (e.g. a parking space)

The information for this may be held on your Title Plan and Title Register but not always.

                  Sometimes a conveyance document is available which may hold more detailed information regarding responsibility of boundaries.
